New Exam Forms

Starting June 22, 2015 the FMCSA will undergo some big changes. Certified medical examiner will be able to start using the new exam forms on June 22, 2015, but will not be required to use them until December 22, 2105. On the new forms there will be a new driving qualification category. As your Ogden, Utah DOT physical exam provider I am excited for the new category. The new category is called “pending determination”. This will allow a 45 day period where the medical examiner needs additional medical information to determine if the driver is qualified.
